Trish will work collaboratively to create win-win solutions between homeowners, renters, developers and business owners. By putting Single Family zoning back in the Master Plan, we’ll protect our property values and provide opportunities for newcomers to enjoy the quality of life we’ve enjoyed.
David believes that Royal Oak should be governed for the benefit of its residents, not property developers or special interest groups. When elected, David will focus on preserving affordable Single Family housing and making Royal Oak a great place for families and people at all stages of life.
Carolyn understands that, as a commissioner, it's incumbent upon her to represent the residents as well as garner new business for the city, both large and small. Carolyn will work diligently to find an acceptable cohesion between the two and pledges to be available to all residents with a special focus on northeast Royal Oak. In addition, Carolyn will work to ensure that bidding occurs on city projects as no-bid contracts aren’t beneficial for the city budget.
Eric wants to emphasize his commitment to ensuring all citizens voices are valued in our city's decision-making. He believes transparent communication with residents is crucial in the future development of the city and is dedicated to maintaining Royal Oak as a welcoming and inclusive place for all.
